Which terminals does P2 serve?
P2 is the official Madrid-Barajas car park for Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. It is connected on foot to the terminal building, so no shuttle is needed after parking. Passengers flying from Terminal 1 can also walk across, since T1, T2 and T3 are linked internally, but the walk is longer. Terminal 4 and T4S are a separate area with their own car parks.
When is P2 the right choice — and when is it not?
Choose P2 for short trips, early or late flights and journeys with heavy luggage from T2 or T3, where walking distance to the terminal is what matters. For longer stays, official long-stay parking or a low-cost car park outside the airport is usually cheaper, with a shuttle transfer instead of a walk. Prices are set by the operator and change with dates and duration, so check them directly before you travel.
